1. Beef can be purchased in 1/4s, 1/2s, or a whole.
    

2. Send us a $50 deposit to reserve your spot on the calendar.

1. Once the beef has been delivered to Jones Farm Meats in Saranac, Michigan we will receive a hanging weight from the processor that is used to calculate your remaining balance.
    

2. We’ll send you a message with your total remaining balance and the contact information for the processor so you can submit your cut instructions. Cut instructions can be submitted online or over the phone.
    

3. After processing has been completed and your remaining balance has been paid to us, you will receive a message letting you know your beef is ready for pickup at the processor.
    

4. Processing will be paid to Jones when the beef is picked up.
